Schrift allgemein verbreitet, a) übh. ins Publikum gebracht, bekannt, quid in Graeco sermone tam tritum atque celebratum est, quam etc., Cic.: verbum celebratius, Gell.: res celebratissimae omnium sermone, Cic. – b) gepriesen, verherrlicht, gefeiert, α) v.
